PARITY PLATFORM P.C.
Privacy notice
Last updated 8 October 2026.
This notice explains how we process personal data for HAF ACE, on this website and in the HAF ACE mobile apps, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
Who we are
The controller is Parity Platform P.C. (VAT EL997031706), Dolianis 29, Marousi 15124, Greece. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@evloader.com.
One account for our games
Your account works for every game we operate, currently HAF ACE and Motor Game, and we are the controller for all of them. When you sign up in one game, the same email and password (or Google sign in) also open the others. Each game keeps its own game data and purchases, and we note which of our games you use. If you delete your account, it is deleted for all of our games.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, your password (stored only as a hash by our authentication provider), an account identifier and the game you signed up in. If you sign in with Google, the name, email and profile picture Google shares with us.
- Purchases and payments: on this website Stripe processes payments and we never receive your card details. Stripe tells us your customer reference, what you bought, its status, your billing country and the amounts paid. In the mobile apps, Google Play or the App Store processes the payment and tells us the purchase reference, the order number and its status.
- Receipts: for every payment we issue a retail receipt that is registered with the Greek tax authority (AADE myDATA) through our certified e-invoicing provider. It records your email and the amounts.
- Mobile waitlist: if you join it, your email, the platforms you want to play on, the sign-up date and the language you used, stored in HubSpot.
- Technical data: your IP address and request details, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure; a strictly necessary cookie that opens the game for players who own it for up to 24 hours at a time; your sign in session and language choice, saved in your own browser or, in the mobile apps, on your device together with your game progress. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- To run your account, your purchase and the game, and to answer support requests: performance of our contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To issue receipts and keep VAT and accounting records: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and open the game only for players who own it: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To send waitlist and HAF ACE news emails: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who processes it
Supabase (authentication and database, EU), Stripe (payments, Ireland and United States), Vercel (website hosting, EU and United States), Postmark (receipt emails, United States), Cloud Services S.A. / Oxygen (receipt transmission, Greece), HubSpot (waitlist, EU data centre) and Google (if you choose Google sign in or buy through the Android app). Receipts are transmitted to AADE, the Greek tax authority, as the law requires. Each provider works under a data processing agreement. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on the EU US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account exists, and up to 90 days after you delete it. Receipts, purchase and billing records for as long as Greek tax law requires, currently up to ten years from the end of the relevant fiscal year; if you delete your account, we keep them without the link to it. Waitlist data until you unsubscribe or the waitlist closes. Security logs typically for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account directly on the Get HAF ACE page or in the app. For everything else, write to the Data Protection Officer at the address above. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
